Background:
Dr. Barbara Lam is physician in Hematology/Oncology at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center and the University of Washington. She received a BA in creative writing and worked as an implementation specialist at Epic before pursuing her medical degree. She completed her postgraduate training in Internal Medicine, followed by fellowships in Hematology, Oncology, and Clinical Informatics at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
